We’re delighted to welcome our new member, the mighty Doug Strathie on bass. Doug has played with a huge range of bands over the years, including Brett Marvin and the Thunderbolts, and 7 Second Delay.

We’ve been working on a few other projects:

‘‘The Storyteller’ - a solo single from Roddy, folllowing on from ‘Always There’.

‘John Barleycorn’ - a Chanter album featuring new recordings of some of our best arrangements of traditional songs and tunes, which hadn’t previously made it onto our albums.

Roddy has also recorded with Five Kites - a brilliant young indie/grunge band, who invited Roddy to add fiddle on an uncharacteristic, for them, acoustic song ‘Reverie’.  Lovely song, brilliant band - check them out!
